Tyler Bodnar, P.E. - Geotechnical Markets Director

Tyler oversees the full array of CNCA’s Geotechnical Solutions for the California and Nevada markets. In concert with consulting engineers, contractors, and the staff of the Portland Cement Association (PCA), Tyler provides technical and construction expertise to support a wide range of project types.

Tyler’s background includes a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Cal State Chico and 11 years working in municipal government. He is a licensed engineer in CA and his experience includes a comprehensive background in project development focused on constructability and feasibility.  Tyler serves as the Technical Director for the Recycling and Stabilizing Association of CA and is active in academic research, Caltrans committees and task groups, and several societies including ASCE, CalGeo, and APWA.
